Mikayla Randolph (she/her) was born and raised in New Hampshire where she received her bachelor’s in communication. After working in tourism allowed her to travel abroad, she set her sights on writing so she could explore fictional worlds too. Her favorite stories are ones that pit complicated, vulnerable characters against the darkest parts of themselves and, even with bleak or ambiguous endings, dare the readers to find hope. She lives in California with her husband, two dogs, and an overwhelming pile of books to be read. Not Your Final Girl is her debut novel.
